1. What is the first thing you do when you wake up every morning?

I'm an early riser, so I usually wake up around 5 am. After drinking a full glass of water and taking my supplements, I usually hit the gym and start with 30 minutes of cardio. Following that, I lift weights and do resistance training for another 30-45 minutes. To relax afterward, I hit the dry sauna for another 15 minutes. Occasionally, I will add a cold plunge in 45-degree water just to torture myself.

2. Describe your diet.

My diet mostly consists of high-protein, low-carb foods. Lots of red meat - a lighter version of the carnivore diet. I believe our current food pyramid needs major modification, to promote more protein consumption and fewer carbohydrates, sugar, and dairy, all of which cause inflammation.

3. What are you currently reading?

"Never Split the Difference: Negotiating as if Your Life Depended on It" - by Chris Voss. I find this book interesting as it can apply to every aspect of life and human interaction. Even with your kids!

4. What’s the one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

I would tell my younger self to embrace change and be more adaptable. The world is constantly evolving, and being open to new ideas and experiences can lead to unexpected and rewarding opportunities.
